A reception will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Portsmouth Boulevard Chapel (5201 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23701).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the American Cancer Society in Richard's honor.
