Bradshaw of Portsmouth; his son Richard C. "Trey" Harrell III of Portsmouth; his siblings, Sharon Pope Turner of Portsmouth and Kenneth Bradshaw of Portsmouth; his nieces, Jennifer P. Cote of North Carolina and Kelly P. Weymouth of Maine; and his nephew Timothy A. Harrell, Jr. of Portsmouth.
