He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Teresa Harvell; and his great grandchild Caleb Matteson. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Harvell Gardner (John), Tommy Stice (Jennifer) and David Harvell (Kristy); his brother Willard Harvell (Ann); his grandchildren, Thomas "TJ" Stice Jr., Sarah Gardner Jeffries (Isaac), Katelyn Gardner, Jayson Gardner and Paul "PJ" Matteson (Rachel); and his great grandchildren, Nathan, Naomi, Emma and Maze.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
