He is survived by: his siblings, JoAnn Grimsley and Edward Randolph Vinson; and his significant other Judy Eaton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews as well as great-great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Loving Funeral Home Churchland Chapel (3225 Academy Ave, Portsmouth, VA 23703).
