In the echoes of fond remembrance, may a sense of peace be found, knowing that the memories held dear will continue to shape and inspire his loved ones, keeping Raleigh's spirit alive in the hearts and actions of family and friends alike. While his presence may be gone, his impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.

He is survived by: his wife Faye; his son Kevin; his daughter-in-law Courtney; his grandchildren, Vann, Hannah and Jackson; and his brother Tommy (Susan). He is also survived by nephew and nieces.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:50 AM at the Jackson Memorial Baptist Church (4316 Bruce Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23321). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Benevolent Fund at Jackson Memorial Baptist Church.
