She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lula Gomer and Robert Gomer; and her husband Horace Elmer "Duke" Jenkins (Teddy Modlin).
A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Greenlawn Memorial Gardens (3920 Airline Blvd, Chesapeake, VA 23321).
