He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Shelor and Nannie Shelor. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Mae Shelor; his children, Tiffany Matthews (David), Len Shelor (Connie) and Frank Shelor (Corrine); and his grandchildren, Kasey Skidmore (Trent), Jay Patto, Nicholas Holbrook (Judy), Michelle Werner, Raelena Pavey and Brooke Matthews. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Portsmouth Boulevard Chapel (5201 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23701). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sturtevant Funeral Home (5201 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23701). A reception will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:45 PM and at 3:00 PM.
