She is survived by: her husband Edwin Ramon Gilmore; her children, David Gilmore and Raquel Gilmore; her grandchildren, Jose Lopez (Heidy), Alitssa Lopez-Gilmore, Christopher (Layne Hancock) and Josue Gilmore; and her great grandchildren, Julisa Roney, Bryan Roney Jr., Clara Maria Lopez, Ricardo Amir Lopez and Colton Hancock.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Loving Funeral Home Churchland Chapel (3225 Academy Ave, Portsmouth, VA 23703). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at the Olive Branch Cemetery (2 Cpl J M Williams Ave, Portsmouth, VA 23701).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to assist with her funeral expenses.
