It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Bell of Portsmouth, Virginia, born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on February 13, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Bell and Gloria B. Bell of Portsmouth; and his brother Wayne "Keyboy" Stancil. He is survived by: his daughter Latoya Potts of Portsmouth; and his siblings, Dorsey Stancil, Sr. (Sheryl) of Columbus, John V. Bell (Helen) of Jacksonville, Lonnell Bell, Sr. (Shelia) of Suffolk and Benita Bell (Kenneth, Sr.) of Jacksonville. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
