With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Linda Price Grove (Portsmouth, Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 17, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Linda Price farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Linda Price is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Samuel Lee Price and Dora Nan Lewis Price; and her children, Rebecca Grove of Windsor, VA and Mike Grove of Portsmouth, VA. She was also cherished by 2 sisters, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the West Park Church of Christ (926 Cherokee Rd, Portsmouth, VA 23701). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Portsmouth Church of Christ, West Park Church of Christ, or Samaritan's Purse.
