He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil George Haywood and Jennie Mae Beale Haywood. He is survived by: his wife Pamela S. Haywood; his children, Anthony Wayne Haywood and Karen M. Haywood-Duck; his brother Glen S. Haywood; his stepdaughters, Casey Wilkerson, Jessica Piland, Sara Kiger, Lisa Beechboard and Amy Hernandez; and his niece Elizabeth Aurelio. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
