She was predeceased by: her parents, James P. Bright and Ruby Bright; her husband William Donovan; her son William "Joe" Donovan; and her siblings, Sharon Barnes, Bill Bright and Mac Bright.
She is survived by: her daughters, Laurie Rosenthal (Keith) and Tracy Holland (Kenny); her daughter-in-law Mary "Mollie" Donovan; her brothers, Jim Bright (Carolyn), Wayne Bright (Linda), Warren Bright (Darlene) and Andy Bright (Maryann); and her sisters-in-law, Joan Bright and Jackie Bright. She is also survived by Nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and many extended family.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Portsmouth Boulevard Chapel (5201 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23701). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:45 AM at the Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens (4569 Shoulders Hill Rd, Suffolk, VA 23435).
