He is survived by: his wife Linda Rose Dion Hackworth; his sons, Keith Hackworth (Cindy), Kenneth Hackworth (Jenni) and Russell Hackworth; his siblings, Cindy Howland and Fred Hackworth II (Butch); and his grandchildren, Kayla, Alexander, Kaitlin, Allyson, Leo, Shane and Amber. He is also survived by extended family as well as numerous friends.
