She was predeceased by: her husband James E. Collins; her parents, Ivor Jones, Sr. and Margaret Resolute Jones (Allen); and also Ivor "Butch" Jones, Jr.. She is survived by: her friend Jerri Whiteman; her significant other Channing Tatum; her daughter Dianne Huling Turner; her son-in-law Donald Turner of West Chester, PA; her sons, Harold "Chip" Huling (Mary Bradshaw) of Richmond, VA and J. Kevin Collins; her grandchildren, Christopher Turner (Carly), Andrew Turner (Jennifer), Ian Huling, Chandler Mills (Matthew), Zoe Huling and J. Baodan Collins; her great grandchildren, Cole, Reese, Lane, Holden, Leo, Marissa, Pippa and Juliana; and also Hollie Owen Collins of Chesapeake, VA.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Christopher's Episcopal Church (3300 Cedar Ln, Portsmouth, VA 23703). A burial will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at the Olive Branch Cemetery (2 Cpl J M Williams Ave, Portsmouth, VA 23701).
