He is survived by: his husband Christopher Miller; his mother Shirley Piszczek; his pets, Duke, Duchess, Chloe and Charlie; his sister Cheryl Ann Phillips (John Paul); his niece Christina Beck (William); his nephew Joshua (Laura); his stepbrothers, Craig Piszczek (Ashley) and Brian Piszczek (Angela); his parents-in-law, Susan Miller and Jim Miller; and also, Mary Friele, Kim Miller, James Miller, Derrick Miller and Tori Miller.
In lieu of flowers, you can either purchase a dish garden in his memory (and bring that to the service or have it delivered to Chris at home) or the family will graciously accept any donations to help cover the funeral expenses.
