She is survived by: her husband Tracy Spencer Evans, Jr.; her children, Lester LaFontaine, Jr., Linda O'Keefe and Tracy Evans III; her granddaughters, Sheena O'Keefe and Mara O'Keefe; and her great grandchild Thomas Michael O'Keefe.
