We are sad to announce that on January 9, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Helene B. Walton of Portsmouth, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Harold; her sons, Hal and Jeff; her son-in-law Noy Tate; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Tate and Joshua Walton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Tate and Sharon Darby; her grandchildren, Ben Tate, Patricia Tate, Jonathan Walton, Anna Mason, Alexander Darby and Adam Darby; and her boyfriend Sonny Wiggins. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Loving Funeral Home Churchland Chapel (3225 Academy Ave, Portsmouth, VA 23703). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
In her memory, donations may be made to The Children's Hospital Foundation, a charity she supported for many years or a charity of your choice.
