He was predeceased by: his parents, Enoch Hines, Sr. and Mary Ballard Hines; and his siblings, Enoch Hines Jr. and Wayde C. Hines. He is survived by: his daughters, Rasheeda H. Peele (Kahlil) and Josilyn Washington; his siblings, Anna Turnbull (Rogelio), Karen Perry (Martin) and Raymond Hines (Jewel); his close friend Brenda Nicholson; and his grandchildren, Kenyan, Kameryn, Kahlil Jr., Daekwon, Breanna and Daisia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
