Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Portsmouth Boulevard Chapel (5201 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23701). A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery (5310 Milners Rd, Suffolk, VA 23434).
