In the sacred silence of farewell, Frances is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Frances' spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Way "Pete" Respess; her brother Carson B. Finch; and her son-in-law Michael E. New, Sr.. She is survived by: her daughter Gail Respess New; her grandson Michael E. New, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Makayla New White (Matt), Michael E. "Trey" New, III and Bryson Way New; and her great great grandchild Alaina White.
In place of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to Bethel Baptist Church, https://www.bbcyorktown.org (donations will be used by the youth mission to spread the gospel worldwide) or to the VFW Post #2582, 4301 Pughsville Rd., Suffolk, VA 23435.
