She was predeceased by: her parents, James Jones and Mary Frances Jones; her husband Clayton Ray Flenner; her daughter Debra Fay Flenner; and her siblings, Dorothy Bricker, Ray Jones, Harvey Jones and Billy Jones.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheree Gordon and Cindy Flenner; and her sister Mary Ann Elgin. She is also survived by three grandsons; three great grandsons; and a host of extended family.
Viewing was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Portsmouth Boulevard Chapel (5201 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23701). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
