He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Lee Woodward and William Everett Woodward, Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, James Everett Woodward, Barbara Ann Brown and Brenda Joseph; and his children, Ernest Lee Woodward, Jr. and Christina Marie Gaskins. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
