He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Lilley and Girlie Earp Lilley; his wife Mary E. Lilley; his daughter Peggy L. Kight; his siblings, Frances L. Bridgers, William G. Lilley, Robert E. Lilley and Linwood Nicholson; and his close friend Marceline Cotton.
He is survived by: his daughter Karen L. White (Michael); and his grandchildren, Aaron White (Rachel Reon), Jesse White and Michelle White.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Westhaven Baptist Church (4900 Caroline Ave, Portsmouth, VA 23707). A memorial service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Westhaven Baptist Church.
