He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Minnick and Mildred Minnick; and his sister Brenda G. Parry. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Minnick; his children, Meghan Nicole Miles (Daniel) and Matthew K. Minnick; his brothers, Richard Minnick and Allen Minnick (Teresa); and his grandson Emerson Miles.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Portsmouth Boulevard Chapel (5201 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23701). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Greenlawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel (3920 Airline Blvd, Chesapeake, VA 23321).
