He is survived by: his wife Evie Britton Hobbs; his mother Dorothy Hobbs; his daughter Kelly Hobbs Crooms (Wendall); his sister Teresa Cowan; his grandchildren, Kaylyn West (Sam), Madison Poole (Jeremy) and Lauren Benn (Michael); and his great grandchildren, Jace and Amelia.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM at the Portsmouth Boulevard Chapel (5201 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23701). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
