She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hickey and Lorenda Hickey. She is survived by: her husband George D. Tugwell, Jr.; her siblings, Jackie Masters, Denise Lawson, Donna Leach, Doris Mercier, Laurie Ashford and Michael Doughty; and her pet Jade.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Portsmouth Boulevard Chapel (5201 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23701).
