Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fisher Funeral Home (1520 Effingham St, Portsmouth, VA 23704). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the New First Baptist Church (2720 Turnpike Rd, Portsmouth, VA 23707).
