She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert Fortner. She is survived by: her children, Karen Brown of Chesapeake, VA., Susan Ostiguy (Tony) of Chesapeake, VA., Daniel Milhoan of Chesapeake, VA. and Stephen Milhoan (Tammy) of Chesapeake, VA.. She is also survived by Her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens (3225 Academy Ave, Portsmouth, VA 23703).
