It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annette Goodwyn-Williams (Portsmouth, Virginia), born in Dinwiddie, Virginia, who passed away on December 25, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Viewing was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Steele-Bullock Funeral Home Chapel (3950 Turnpike Rd, Portsmouth, VA 23701).
