He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Fly and Betty Fly. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Lynn Fly; his children, Michelle Lynn Fly, Matthew Daniel Fly and Jonathan Craig Fly; and his siblings, Rebecca Irene Dunmyer (Ronald), Bonnie Jean Ware (Micah) and Steven Brian Fly (Billie Jo).
