Clemons and Gloria Allen of Portsmouth, Virginia.; his sisters-in-law, Magalene Clemons, Jessie Taylor and Maggie L. Clemons; and his grandchildren, Charles Harper, Samantha Williams, Andrew P. Clemons, Jr., Antoinette Cavazos, Kara Goodman, Kimberly Narvaez and Malea Foster.
