It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melissa Ann Adams (Port Royal, Virginia), born in Fredericksburg, Virginia, who passed away on January 14, 2020, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Edward Covington Sr. and Mary Louise Dobbins-Covington; her husband David L. Adams of Aylett, VA; her daughters, Kenya R. Covington of York, PA and Takeia I. Logan of York, PA; her grandchildren, Jordin, Heaven, Janisa, Jaxon, Yzariah and Benjimen; and her siblings, Susan Smith (Reuben) of Pompano Beach, FL, Tavette Morton of Sparta, VA, Edwina Covington of Fredericksburg, VA, Frank Covington, Jr. of Manassas, VA and Jeremy Covington (Angela) of Bowling Green, VA. She was also cherished by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
