She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Watson R. Harvey, Sr. and Cora B. Hill Harvey; her husband Bill; her siblings, Emory, Clara, Mariah, Ellen, Lourene, Virginia, Ruffin and Watson, Jr.; and her niece Doris.
She is survived by: her godchild Livina Vanessa Alston of Philadelphia, PA; and her siblings-in-law, Evelyn Johnson of Philadelphia and Clyde Johnson of Philadelphia, PA. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
