Gray (Port Royal, Virginia), born in Champlain, Virginia, who passed away on August 26, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gray and Susie Gray; and his brothers, Elwood "Bunny" Gray, Cryetial "Sonny" Gray, John Hinton and William Hinton.

He is survived by: his wife Margie E. Gray of Caret, VA; his son Janon R. Gray (Teri) of Greencastle, PA; his brothers, Robert M. Gray of Upper Marlboro, MD, Thomas H. Gray (Sheila) of White Plains, MD, Donald Johnson (Junice) of Tappahannock, VA and Ronald Johnson (Debbie) of Richmond, VA; his sisters-in-law, Martha Lumpkin of Champlain, VA, Cora Byrd of Newtown, VA, Lois Johnson of Hustle, VA, Gloria Rollins of Tappahannock, VA, Jacquelyn Gray Rose of Fredericksburg, VA and, DC of Washington; his godchildren, India Tracey and Tamica Powell; and his friends, Emmett Gardner and James Jackson (Doodle). He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
