He is survived by: his brother Eddie Ford; his parent Ida Lewis; his children, Precious, Lillian Lewis and Dennis "DJ" Lewis; his close friend Martha Santiago; his siblings, Kensey "Mac" Lewis, Barbara Lewis, Lee Lewis, Delorse Parker (Sam), Gary Lewis, David Lewis (Debra "Debbie"), Sandra Willis (David), Karen Smith (Van "Banny"), Carolyn Brooks (Cedell) and Valerie Wilson; his nieces and nephews, Veronica, Robinette, Kamren, Cayla, Franklin, Marcus, Elton, David "Iggy" and Leon Carter III; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zenia, Aliyah, Shanell, Amia, Taija, Shakeem, Desean, Jaydon and Lenny; and also, Tevin, Taelin and Kyro. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
