She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Brown, Sr. and Vada Hinkle Reubush; her husband Vincent William Foltz, Jr.; her children, Vincent "Lee" Foltz and JoAnn Foltz; and her brother C. B. Reubush.
She is survived by: her daughter Kay Foltz Mundy Corr (Gerard) of Sebastian, FL; her daughter-in-law Sarah Foltz of Port Republic; her siblings, Harry Reubush (Libbie) of Harrisonburg, Lucile Cook of Harrisonburg and Helen Magalis; her grandchildren, Julie Foltz (Sammy), Jenny Lagerquist (Chris), Tanya Thompson (Mark), Jill Browning (John) and Zachary Mundy (Katya); and her great grandchildren, Sadie, Chrissa Kate, Eric, Will, Kayla, Lexi, Ivan and Josie.
