She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Compton and Cleo Compton; and her husband Lesley W. LeRendu. She is survived by: her children, Patsy Jean LeRendu Williams of Williamsport, MD, James Lee LeRendu of Kearneysville, WV, Joyce Ann LeRendu Threadgill of Harpers Ferry, WV, Linda Sue LeRendu Cregger of Port Republic, VA, Judy Louise LeRendu Perry of Chilhowie, VA, Leslie Allen LeRendu of Kearneysville, WV, Dinah Kay LeRendu Hamm of Glade Spring, VA, Michael Bower LeRendu of Chilhowie, VA, Margaret Ann LeRendu Combs and Peggy Belinda LeRendu Davis; and her siblings, Mary Green of Harpers Ferry, WV, Shirley Pauley of Hedgesville, WV, Tilda Collins of Inwood, WV and Joseph "Bucky" Compton of Wytheville, VA. She is also survived by 32 grandchildren, 62 great grandchildren, 19 great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
