She is survived by: her parents, Ralph Mitchell and Sue Ellen Mitchell of Upper Tract, WV; her husband Phillip Winegard; her children, Lauren Winegard (Connor Thomson), Jonathan Winegard (Chrystal) and Evan Winegard; her brother Greg Mitchell (Pammy); her nephew Cody; her niece Cady; her sister Rhonda Arehart (Brad); her nephew Chaseton; and her niece Rylee. She is also survived by other loving uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to either Mt. Olive Brethren, Church or the American Cancer Society.
