He is survived by: his children, Charles Wilson Whitlock Jr. (Kelly) of Port Republic, Josh Whitlock (Mandy) of Montana, Derrick Trobaugh (Verenta) of Massanutten, Erick Trobaugh of Elkton and Amy Morris of Grottoes; and his siblings, Carl Whitlock (Barbara) of Staunton, Thomas Whitlock Sr. (Michele) of Craigsville, David Whitlock, Sr. (Tammy) of Brandywine, WV, Mary Clark (Phillip) of Middletown, OH, Betty Whitlock of Craigsville, Delores Ingram of Goshen and Stella Bussard (Donnie) of Churchville. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
