He was predeceased by: his son Travis Ferguson; his mother Sylvia Ferguson; his brother Brian Keith Ferguson; his nephew Brian Thomas Bunting; his uncle Billy Hurst; and his grandparents, William, Thelma Hurst, James and Hilda Ferguson.

He is survived by: his daughter Brandi Ferguson; his father Terry Ferguson, Sr.; his grandchildren, Ethaniel Ferguson and Arora Mcmillin; and his sisters, Sherry Gallop (Elton) and Sandy Ferguson. He is also survived by other loving relatives and dear friends.
