She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Essie Marie Poff, Mildred Lee Hanson and John R. Hanson. She is survived by: her parents, John R. Hanson, Jr. and Lynda Hanson; her sisters, Rachel (Jeff Finch) and Sunny Lee Hanson Freeman; her nieces and nephews, Devin, Michael Insley, Mason, Marissa Finch, Emily, Phil Alejandro and Holly Freeman; and her great-nephews, Cooper, Carter Insley and Arthur Alejandro.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Trinity United Methodist Church (1294 Poquoson Ave, Poquoson, VA 23662).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to P.A.W.S (Poquoson Animal Welfare Sanctuary) or Poquoson Volunteer Rescue Squad.
