Bill Lewin wrote a sympathy message

“It is with heartfelt sadness that Terry and I say goodbye to our friend “Ray”. Ray was the very first person that greeted us upon our joining the PSC of Va, what a blessing that turned out to be. Ray was a kind and caring person that would give you advice, and a hardy laugh that always made everyone feel welcomed. I loved skiing with Ray and watching him receive many Gold medals, over the years. The passing of years may have slowed Ray’s skiing, but not the love of friends. Bill & Terry Lewin”
