He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry and Gaye Topping of Poquoson. He is survived by: his children, Hannah, Katherine, Parker Jr. and Grace; his brothers, Larry (Diane), Wallace (Kim) and William (Jolyn); his nieces and nephews, Kendall, Samantha, Amanda, Mary Katherine, William, Trevor, Trent and Davis Topping; and his grandchildren, Noah, Emily and Isaac.
