He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Insley and Rea Insley; his sisters, Polly Topping and Frances Wheless; and his son Kenneth Insley.
He is survived by: his wife Edith Wade Insley; his daughter Gail Insley Beagle (Mark Beagle); his grandsons, Matthew Beagle (Sara) and Michael Beagle (Chrissy); and his great grandchildren, Thomas Beagle, Lucas Beagle and Marley Ann Beagle.
