He is survived by: his daughter Carolyn Burns; his parents, Michael Bundick and Angela Bundick (Tommy); his brothers, Mathew Bundick (Caroline Bundick) and Lil Scotty Bundick; his grandparents, Arlene Nock, Olas Creasman and Judy Tobias (Randy); and his niece Everleigh Bundick. He is also survived by numerous aunts uncles cousins and friends.
