He is survived by: his former wife Debbie Moore; his children, Jonathan C. Moore and Andrea A. Moore; his sisters, Shelly Donahue (Drew) and Dena Gross; his nieces, Megan Donahue, Amanda Schooley and Tori Gross; and his great-nephew Liam Soto. He is also survived by other loving relatives and dear friends.
