It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Ann Moore Ridenhour of Poquoson, Virginia, who passed away on May 14, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Herbert Moore, Sr. and Alma Linda Bunting Moore; and her siblings, Alma Jean Moore Shaw and William Herbert Moore, Jr. (W. H.). She is survived by: her husband Harold E. Ridenhour (Dickie); her children, Kurt E. Ridenhour and Lisa Marie Ridenhour (Mercer); her son-in-law John R. Mercer, Jr.; her grandchildren, Lindsay Anne Ridenhour, Keith Michael Richmond, Jr. (Martina Corinne Thomason) and Matthew John Mercer; and her great grandchild Ember Esme Davis. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family is requesting in lieu of flowers to make a donation to the Poquoson Volunteer Fire and Volunteer Rescue Squad, or to the Odd Fellows and Rebekah's Lodge located at 106 Odd Road, Poquoson.
