He was predeceased by: his parents, John Benjamin Graham Sr. and Helen Forrest Graham; and his sister Gloria Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Graham; his children, Terri Graham Wallace, John B. Graham III (Amy) and Casey N. Graham (Tara); his grandchildren, Morgan Wallace, Graham Wallace, Alexandra Graham, Chandler Graham, John B. Graham IV, Trent Graham, W. Ross Graham and Evan Graham; and his siblings, Margaret Fluharty, Helene Hogan and Felton Graham (Patti). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

The family asks that in lieu of followers, donations can be made to the John B. Graham Memorial Scholarship, managed by the Poquoson Education Foundation.
