He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Floyd Moore, Sr. and Naomi Dixon Moore; and his sister Nancy Evans (William). He is survived by: his sisters, Lee Evans (Billy) and Shirley Ferguson (Denny).

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Emmaus Baptist Church Renovation Fund, 814 Yorktown Road, Poquoson, VA 23662 or the Poquoson Lions Club, 10 Willis Court, Poquoson, VA 23662.
