He is survived by: his father Dr. James Michael Caterine; his children, Joe, Emma, Sam and Grace; his children-in-law, Kelly, Ashlee and Brendan; his grandson Dylan; his wife Colleen; and his siblings, Becky, John (Mindy), Matt (Lisa) and Gina. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws and a loving extended family.
